KraftPal Nordic representatives participated in several meetings and workshops with KraftPal Austria management to gain first-hand experience of operating a KraftPal production facility. The goal was to provide key knowledge and best practices to shorten the learning curve and ensure that KraftPal's high quality and service standards are achieved from day one. The workshops covered selected topics in the areas of materials procurement, production planning and organization, order processing, human resources, and quality management. In further sessions, the KraftPal Nordic management team discussed the topics of sales and marketing as well as the company's existing global customer portfolio.
The guests also took the opportunity to visit KraftPal's technology company, HME d.o.o., and its production partner Albatross Pro, to learn about the development of the production line. Work on the new machine, which incorporates a range of state-of-the-art technologies and approaches for the automated production of corrugated pallets, is progressing according to original plans and is expected to be dispatched to Tampere early in the first quarter of 2022.
